Conservation Areas vary in size and character and our experience ranges from industrial sites such as canals and textile-based settlements, to historic parks, rural villages, and medieval, Georgian and Victorian towns.

We have a wealth of experience in preparing conservation area appraisals and management plans, assessing historic buildings, preparing bids for grant schemes for English Heritage and Lottery-funded partnerships and managing partnership schemes in conservation areas.

For private clients we prepare statements of significance for historic buildings in conservation areas.
